Training & Coaching with concept

We do not accept any compromises in the individual development of our employees. It is particularly important to us that our employees are able to develop both professionally and personally in line with their individual needs and the challenges of our working environment.

Together with coach Sylvia Schnödewind, we organise practical workshops and individual coaching sessions for our employees. After several years as a manager, Dipl. Päd. Sylvia Schnödewind has been working as a coach, trainer, lecturer and mediator since 2007. Further professional training, e.g. NLP Master, Systemic Coach, Generative Coach as well as a training as mindfulness-based trainer complete her profile. Due to her academic teaching and authorship activities for relevant journals and publishers, she is always up to date and critical about new methods and their effects. In her own practice, her clients particularly appreciate her ability to empathize and her appreciative and sometimes provocative style as a sparring partner.
